Dr Olena talks to me about how to open up a conversation with your partner about the emotional side of your relationship.  She has some great tips including how we can come to terms with the limitations that do eventually occur in a physical relationship.

Mental strength is so important ..... Gary is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Parkinson's UK.  He has Parkinson's and yet he still runs marathons, cycles, swims, chairs two other big organisations and is involved in many other things.... he's a marvel and a perfect example of a 'can do' attitude .... he lives and loves life!
